He said to call MSD first, he thought the problem was on the city’s end & if it was, they would fix it on their dime. I called MSD. Turns out he was right. My clog was caused by an MSD issue. They repaired in the line and it cost me $0. Gary saved me THOUSANDS. Overflow has earned my business for life through honesty & integrity.
